Heart of Awareness is in a time of change, with many perspectives, experiences, hopes, and concerns about the future of our community. This gathering is an opportunity to bring our practice into how we meet one another — with presence, compassion, honest speech, and deep listening.
There will be space to acknowledge what has been difficult, to feel heard, and to better understand one another. From there, we’ll turn our attention toward what matters most to us and the kind of sangha we want to create together.
We invite you to come with your hopes, needs, ideas, and dreams for Heart of Awareness, along with curiosity about the experiences and perspectives of others.
Everyone interested in the well-being of the sangha is invited to attend.
About the facilitator
Kat Miller is a seasoned counselor, teacher, and facilitator with decades of experience supporting individuals and communities through transition and conflict. She brings a steady, grounded presence, deep listening, and respect for multiple perspectives. Her work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a solution-oriented approach that helps people understand one another more fully and discover a way forward together.
